How to Practice Effectively
Culture questions rarely have a technically wrong answer — they have an answer that reads differently than you intended. For each scenario, ask not "what is correct?" but "how will this land with an American teammate who cannot see my intentions?"
Pro Tip
If an answer feels slightly too forward — speaking up, stating a win, asking for feedback — it is probably the right one. The calibration for most engineers joining US teams is one notch bolder than what feels natural.
